Acceptable documents include:

• Passport
• Driving licence
• Birth certificate (with proof of address)

Signs of fake ID:

• Blurred text
• Incorrect fonts
• Mismatched photos
• Altered dates
• Missing security features

You must:

• Record document numbers
• Store copies securely
• Note who checked them and when
